

Loni Mowbray brings over 20 years of experience in food quality to her role managing product standards at SōRSE. Prior to SōRSE, Loni served as Quality Control Manager for Ivar’s Soup and Sauce Company, an established seafood restaurant chain that distributes their products across the country.
Her responsibilities included oversight of all aspects of their quality program, which included developing and evolving their food safety and quality programs and driving to SQF certification. Loni has also worked for Coca-Cola Refreshments, Trident Foods, and DaVinci Foods (now Kerry).
