Michelle Sundquist oversees the management of new product introduction and commercialization, as well as product scale up through process engineering and controlling quality. Before joining SōRSE, Michelle came from the retail beverage industry.
She has over 20 years of experience in commercial product development and retail operations. Through Starbucks and Seattle’s Best Coffee, she gained experience in multi-unit operational management, Partner training, new product implementation, product research, design, development, and the commercialization and development of new ingredients and finished products. While at Starbucks, Michelle was involved in hundreds of successful product launches including her most well-known product, Starbucks Cold Brew Coffee.
