Mike Schmitt brings over 17 years of experience in the food and beverage industry to his role at SōRSE where he oversees project advancement, R&D project tracking, and business growth. Mike’s career began at Kerry, where he worked in QA, Operations, R&D, and Regulations.
Most recently, Mike was a Technical Project Manager at Dohler North America. He has also lead QA at Wilcox Farms, and worked as a concept to commercialization food scientist at Darigold. He currently serves on WSU’s External Advisory Board for the School of Food Science and the College of Agricultural, Human, and Natural Resource Sciences.
