STACY PRIMACK

Culinary Director and Chef

Stacy Primack has been cooking professionally for over 18 years and was classically trained in the baking and pastry arts. She was a Pastry Chef at Graham Elliot and Nellcôte and worked with many other upscale establishments in Chicago, Las Vegas, and Naples, FL.

Stacy has created numerous recipes using SōRSE, from sweet to savory dishes, and wrote three cookbooks at SōRSE. Stacy is also the owner and chef of Elevated Fork, a catering and private event company that specializes in cannabis-infused cuisine.
