development at SōRSE to manufacture product,
fulfill orders, scale new products, and implement
new processes and strategies. With over five
years of food and beverage production experience,
Zach also offers technical support to customers
and identifies strategic production partners.

Prior to SōRSE, Zach worked as a brewer for a
local Seattle brewery, where he was trained on
all technical aspects within the brewery.
