Hilary specializes in the application of our emulsion
into products to ensure stability and designs
studies to increase a product’s success.

Director of Research and Development

Prior to SōRSE, she was the Head of Research and
Development at Botanica Seattle where she focused
on flavor palatability and supported the development
of multiple award-winning products. Hilary also
owned a chocolate company, Restless Chocolates.
